FAQs

Frequently asked questions

To help potential clients, I’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions I receive.
If there’s anything else you want to know, or for additional explanation, please contact us.

1. How much do you charge?

While this is the most frequently asked question, it is also the most difficult. There is no price tag on our services and that are many factors that come into play. Are you a non profit? How frequently do you need a service such as ours? Are you a start up? Believe it or not, we do actually charge for our services. With that said, we are looking to build relationships with each and every client and want to make sure to have clients coming back because our designs are not just high quality but also affordable. So please contact us and let’s see what we can work out.

2. I needed this project design yesterday! How fast can we get this done?

Here at BESHT Design we are working around the clock to develop the technology to bend time. This will enable us to actually travel to the past and deliver the project to you yesterday. Until we are successful, we offer RUSH Design & Delivery for an extra fee. We might not be able to get it to you yesterday but tomorrow is just a hop, skip and a jump away.

3. I don’t need it done yesterday, but how long are we talking about here?

Our average project window varies on the project, but most tend to run from a few days to a few weeks. The most sophisticated your project is, the longer it tends to take. Once again RUSH delivery is available.

4. Where are you located? What if I am not in your time zone?

BESHT Design is located in the Pacific Time Zone. We work with clients from New York to London on a regular basis. Please don’t hesitate to utilize our services based on geographical location.

5. What artwork file types do you provide?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) are high quality and editable file types. Such files can be scaled to any size without loss of quality, and with the right software, clients can create any other file type necessary (.jpg, .png, .gif, etc.). I’m more than happy to help with specific file requests, and answer any questions if clients are unsure.
